Please have the following information on hand for your call:

•The serial number on the back of your SmartDisk VST FireWire Portable CD-R/W Drive

•The part number of the Installation Disk

•The version number of your operating system and any software you are having problems with

•The precise error description or error message displayed

•The name and model of your computer and any other hardware involved in the problem

•Is the problem reproduced every time?

•Has this problem occurred before? If it is a new one, have you recently changed your computer configuration?
