3.Insert the Adaptaplug into the SCP-101's DC 3V jack.

Note: Connecting an adapter to the SCP-101's DC 3V jack disconnects the internal batteries.

4.Plug the other end of the DC adapter into the vehi- cle's cigarette-lighter socket.

CONNECTING HEADPHONES/ SPEAKERS

To listen to the SCP-101, connect stereo headphones or amplified speakers (neither supplied) equipped with a 1/8- inch (3.5-mm) stereo plug to PHONES. Your local RadioShack store sells a wide variety of stereo head- phones and amplified speakers.
