Any text type here will be used as a filter on the Alarm Text of any alarm or event. The field can be used with
1.3.5.7.1.4Using Wildcards
When using the Filter Property pages several filter settings allow wildcard characters to be specified. The wildcard characters are the * (asterisk) and ? (question mark) characters.
The '*' signifies a match with zero or more characters. Note: any characters specified after an asterisk are ignored.
The '?' signifies a match with exactly one character.
A few examples:
