Memorex Products, Inc. ("Memorex") warrants this product, excluding connected equipment, against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase. PURCHASER'S REMEDY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDY IS EXCLUSIVE AND WE SPECIFICAL- LY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
