Notes on Disposing of the Unit

This player has a built-in lithium-ion rechargeable battery. When you dispose of the player, be sure to dispose of it properly.

Certain countries may regulate disposal of the battery used to power this product. Please consult with your local authority.

Notes

Never disassemble the player except when disposing it.

Be careful of handling the inside metallic part, especially its edge.

To remove the built-in rechargeable battery

1Slide the BUILT-IN BATTERY switch on the bottom of the player to OFF.

2Remove the two screws on the bottom.

3Remove the plate on the bottom () and the USB bracket (). If necessary, use the tools such as tweezers.

4 Slide the side part () and remove the

two screws () on the side of this player.

5Push the bottom into the player with your finger and pull out the inside of the player in the direction of the arrow below.
