Cómo obtener el servicio de garantía:

1.Usted es responsable de la entrega del producto a un distribuidor autorizado de BAZOOKA® o entrar en contacto con “SAS” en el 1-800-THE TUBO para obtener un número de Autorización. El número de Autorización se debe escribir claramente en el exterior de la caja. El envío se debe pagar por adelantado a “SAS”. El envío de las piezas de recambio de la garantía será pagado por adelantado.

Se debe enviar la caja completa para el servicio de la garantía, y el retorno será por cobrar.

2.Usted debe proporcionar la prueba de la fecha de compra del producto. Si la prueba de la compra no se proporciona, la fecha de la fabricación original será utilizada para determinar período de la garantía.

3.Usted debe empaquetar el producto con seguridad para evitar daño durante el envío.

4.Después de obtener el número de Autorización, envíe a la dirección abajo.
