Removing the Base Cover

Prerequisites

1Remove the battery. See "Removing the Battery" on page 13.

Procedure

1Loosen the captive screws that secure the base cover to the computer base.

2Using your fingertips, pry the base cover from the computer base.

3Lift the base cover off the computer base.
