4.Connect the ground wire (Black wire) to a metal part of the car chassis that acts as an electrical ground passing electricity to the battery’s negative terminal.

5.When the In-Car Router is initially pow- ered up, the blue LED on top of the In-Car Router will come on for a few seconds.
