Using handset keys to enter text

Characters are entered by touching the 0 - 9 keys. A consecutive touch of the same key will enter a different character according to the table below:

Deleting numbers

To delete 1 entry:

1.Touch .

2.Touch or or alphabetic search to select the entry you wish to delete.

3.Touch .

4.Use or to select ‘DELETE RECORD’.
