Printing a file from the computer (Cont.)

If you click [Properties] in Step 6 on the previous page, the Advanced setting screen will open to allow you to set the paper, number of multiples, etc.

Click [OK] after setting, and the display will revert back to the [Properties] screen. (Click [OK] again, and the display will revert back to the print preview screen.)

For Windows XP/2000

1Click [Layout] tab and select the printing direction.

2Click [Advanced]

3Select the kind of paper.

For Windows 98SE/Me

1Click [Paper] tab and select the kind of paper.

2Select the printing direction.
