The player takes a long time to read files in a folder.
•File reading may take longer if too many files are put in a single folder.
Song information is not showing correctly.
•Song information may not match your current player’s language setting. Change the language setting.
Cannot view photo files.
•The player only supports .jpg file extensions.
•NOTE: Does not support such formats as .bmp, .tiff, .jpeg, etc.
•Photo files must be transferred to the "Photo" folder in the player for proper playback.
Cannot play video files.
•All video files must be converted by RCA easyRip software.
