4.Press AC to turn power on, then press RESET with a straightened paper clip to clear the calculator.

Replace the batteries when the printing speed slows or the display dims.

Cautions:

If you do not plan to use the calcu- lator for a month or more, or you plan to use only an AC adapter, remove and store the batteries.

Always dispose of old batteries promptly and properly.
