Notwithstanding the above, portions of the software include software files subject to certain open source license agreements, and such open source software files are subject to the notices and additional terms and conditions that are referenced in the End User License Agreement (“EULA”) shown in the “Toshiba Legal Information” section of the “Legal information” available under the “About tablet” tab of the “Settings” menu. Such open source software files are provided on an “AS IS” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Please carefully read “Open source license” section of the “Legal Information” available under the “About tablet” tab on the “Settings” menu for the relevant copyright and licensing terms.
