AT is an abbreviation of ATtention and it is always used to start sending a command line from the terminal equipment (TE) to the terminal adaptor (TA). The command line consists of a string of alphanumeric characters. It is sent to the MTX-H15 to instruct it to perform the commands specified by the characters.
