When AUTO ANSWER mode is off, the unit provides three types of receiving modes: “電話ﾓｰﾄﾞ” (Telephone) mode, “ﾌ ｧ ｸ ｽ 優先” (Fax/Telephone) mode and “ﾌｧｸｽ専用” (Fax only) mode.
1.Telephone mode (電話ﾓｰﾄﾞ)
When receiving calls, you have to answer all calls manually.
2.Fax/Telephone mode (ﾌ ｧ ｸ ｽ 優先): Select this mode when you are near the unit and want to use it to receive voice calls yourself and fax calls automatically.
3.Fax only mode (ﾌ ｧ ｸ ｽ 専用): Select this mode when you wish to use the unit only as a fax machine.
Changing the setting of ANSWER mode.

Recording your own greeting message

You can record your own greeting message. When receiving a call, it will be played to callers instead of the

(Set) and record your greeting message, up to 30 seconds, using the handset.
4 When finished, replace the handset.
●Your greeting message will be played back automatically.
