Network Management

Manageability is essential in today’s busy network environments so Brother provides a number of tools to help you proactively manage your network-connected printers, MFC’s and DCP’s.

An Embedded Web Server provides a platform that can be accessed from any web browser to manage your device. E-mail notification can alert administrators or users when a consumable is running low or an error occurs.

In addition Brother provides its BRAdmin Professional Software for administering LAN connected printers, MFC’s and DCP’s.

Both PCL®6 and BR-Script 3 (PostScript® 3 language emulations) are installed, and confidentiality is assured with the Secure Print feature. For added convenience, 40 one-touch numbers can be dialled quickly and easily, as can a further 300 speed dial numbers. What’s more, the combined ‘out of paper’ and ‘fax transmission’ memory facility stores up to 500 pages†, whilst memory security ensures that your confidential documents stay that way.
