Medium-the default security setting is configured at the service-level. Service level security means that each individual service must have its security settings (Authentication, Authorization and Encryption) set independently.

Note: If the security mode is Medium and service-level security is not configured, any Bluetooth device will be able to discover your computer and use it services.

Hardware Configuration

The Hardware tab of the Bluetooth Configuration Panel provides basic information about the Bluetooth hardware installed on this computer and access to the Advanced Settings dialog box, if required:
