Checking the drive in the System

To make sure the SCB-1608-D external drive is recognized by the computer, follow these steps to check the computer.

For Windows OS:

1.Right-click My Computer icon on your desktop.

2.On the pop-up menu, click Properties.

3.Click the Device Manager tab on the system properties dialogue box.

4.Click on CD-ROM from the list.

ASUS SCB-1608-D drive name should appear here.

Screen display may vary depending on the operating system (OS) version.
