Changing DVD region codes
Most DVD players are given a code of the region in which they are sold. Such players will not play discs that are not coded for its region. This is done to give movie studios geographic control over the release of their movies reproduced in
When your DVD drive’s region code is not compatible with the disc you are playing, Mobile Theater prompts you if you want to change it. The program displays the region codes encrypted in the DVD video as wells as the one your DVD drive currently supports. Specify a region code number that is compatible with the disc.
Warning: The DVD decoder chip only allows five changes total.
