How to remove the USB cable

Warning

Do not disconnect the USB cable while the drive is in operation or the computer starts.

For Windows

This drive supports Windows Plug & Play.

To remove the USB cable:

1.Close all active software programs.

2.Click the icon in the lower right part of the screen. See the picture.

3. Disconnect the USB cable.

For Macintosh

This drive supports Macintosh Plug & Play. To remove the USB cable:

1. Click the icon in the left menu. See the picture.
