TV Basic Controls

Before you connect your television to another device, please refer to the proper diagrams for your specific TV and remote. These will help assist you in understanding how to connect your television to another device, as well as use the remote to set up your television. Some of the connection terminals are color coded for easy connection with the proper cables.

Front Panel

Touch sensor panel operation

Change channel.

Volume

Turn on / off (standby) the TV.

Menu operation.

Switch to an external input.

Switch between digital / analog channels.

NNTouch on the function name to operate the function

NNOperate the menus

Use as “MENU” button or “OK” button.

Use as “ ” and “ π ” buttons.

Use as “ ” and “ ® ” buttons.

LFor details on menu operations, refer to “Customizing your TV” (Page 23).

NNIf the digital channel screen freezes, touch “INPUT” and “MENU” on the TV’s touch sensor panel simultaneously for three or more seconds to reset.
