There is no sound.

Ensure that the Main Power Switch on the rear panel is physically set to the ON position.

Ensure that the AC adapter cord is securely connected to the proper wall outlet.

Ensure that the volume is not set too low.

If you are using the USB-MP3 function, check to see if the USB drive is functioning.

If you are using the USB-MP3 function, make sure that there are compatible MP3 files on the

USB drive.

The sound is distorted.

Ensure that the volume is not too high.

Ensure that the MP3/WMA file is not corrupt. Try playing the file on a computer or try down- loading the file again.
