Note: You can’t adjust the channel level for any speakers that are set to Off in the Speaker Installation menu screen.

-The Fix setting is equivalent to setting all the channel levels to +6 dB.

Therefore, the Variable setting will usually sound quieter than the Fix setting.

THE AUDIO SETTINGS MENU

CHANNEL LEVEL

• Default setting: Fix

This setting allows you to set the level of each channel sent to the 6 channel analog outputs.

1.Press SETUP and select ‘Audio Settings’ from the on-screen display

2.Highlight Channel Level, then use the cursor left/right to change to ‘Fix’ or ‘Variable’, as required.

Fix – Channel levels are fixed

Variable – You can specify variable channel levels

3.If you chose Variable, press (cursor down) to proceed to the next screen.

4.Variable setting only: Set the channel levels for each speaker.

Use the cursor up/down to select a speaker.

Use the cursor left/right to adjust the channel level for that speaker.

Channel levels can be set from –6 dB to +6 dB. in 0.5 dB increments.

5.Press ENTER to make the settings and exit the audio settings screen.
