Setting the Preferences

You can set censorship classification, password, time and other options to enhance your viewing pleasure.

Note :

_ Press the BACK or button to save the changes and return to the previous menu. Press the EXIT button to exit the Menu screen.

_You can easily select all menu items using the assigned numerical button for each menu.

Parental Control

You can set parental control for each programme. You can also change your password.

1.Press the DTV SETUP button.

2.

Select the Preferences using

 

the ̵/̷ button, and press the

 

OK or

button.

3.

Select the Parental Control using

 

the ̵/̷ button, and press the

 

OK or

Gbutton.

4.When prompting message is displayed to ask Password, enter the Password using the NUMERICAL (0~9) buttons.

Setting Censorship Classification

Censorship Classification allows you to block programmes according to the age level you have set.

1. Select the Censorship Classification

using the ̵/̷ button, and press the OK or Gbutton.

2.Select your desired Rating value using the ̵/̷ button, and press the OK button.

View All : All programmes can be watched because there is no age limitation.

P (Pre-school) :This program is designed to be appropriate for pre-school children.

C (Children's) : This program is designed to be appropriate for all children.

G (General Audience) : This program is designed to be appropriate for all ages.

PG (Parental Guidance Recommended) : This program contains unsuitable materials that parents want to prevent their children from watching.

M (Mature Audience 15+) : Programs are blocked for children under the age of 15.

MA (Mature Adult Audience 15+) : Programs are blocked for children under the age of 15.

AV (Adult Audience strong violence 15+) : This program contains the strong violent contents. Therefore, programs are blocked for children under the age of 15.

R (Restricted 18+) : Programs are blocked for children under the age of 18.

Lock All : All Programmes are blocked without considering the age level.

Note : You have to enter your password to watch the programme which is blocked by the age restriction.
