• Tune into the correct frequency.

• Turn off any other equipment that may be causing the noise or

 

move it away from the unit.

 

• The tuning interval is incorrect for your country or region. Try

 

switching the tuning interval (frequency step) (page 57).

 

 

Auto tuning does not pick up

• The radio signal is weak. Auto tuning will only detect radio

some stations.

CHILD LOCK

• This message appears when the front panel buttons are

 

pressed when the child lock feature is active. See Child Lock on

 

page 58 for more on switching on/off the child lock.

 

 

CAN’T USE

• This message appears when it is not possible to output the test

 

tone. Make sure the system is not muted, the headphones are

 

not plugged in, and neither the AUTO or STEREO Surround

 

mode is selected to output the test tone. See also Setting the

 

relative volume level of each channel on page 41.

 

• This message appears when you try to use the bass mode

 

when the headphones are connected.

 

 

96K STEREO or

• This message appears when the source sampling rate is 96kHz

96KHZ STEREO (OSD only)

and you try to choose a Surround/Advanced Surround listening

 

mode or try to adjust the bass or treble.
