The player’s power supply

You can power your player either from the power adapter or from the battery. The battery must first be charged using the power adapter.

Using the power adapter

1.Connect the output from the power adapter to the player’s DC IN socket.

2.Connect the power adapter’s supply cable to an AC power outlet.

Using the battery

1.Install the battery as explained on page 5.

Charging the battery

1.Connect the output from the power adapter to the battery’s DC IN socket. A red warning light will come on. This light will go out once the battery is fully charged.
