Puntos blancos o imágenes con sombra (ruido)

Compruebe la posición, la orientación y la conexión de la antena.

Interferencia o canales digitales congelados (sonido intermitente)

Cambie la orientación de la antena para los canales digitales. Compruebe “Medidor de señal”. Si la señal es débil, compruebe la antena y consulte a su concesionario local.

El panel LCD se mueve un poco cuando se empuja con un dedo, y es posible que se oiga un ruido

Esto no es un fallo de funcionamiento. Para impedir que se dañe el panel al moverlo éste está instalado con

un poco de flojedad.

La imagen se ve distorsionada cuando el equipo se conecta a través de HDMI

¿Está conectado correctamente el cable HDMI?

Apague el televisor y el equipo y luego vuelva a encenderlos.

Compruebe una señal de entrada procedente del equipo.

Utilice un dispositivo que cumpla con la norma EIA/CEA-861/861B.

Cuando el canal se cambia en un STB que está conectado con HDMI, “HDMI” se puede mostrar en la parte superior izquierda de la pantalla
