Chapter 4 Connecting Equipment

Which Video Connection Should I Use?

You have three options for connecting your TV to your Blu-ray DVD Player: HDMI, Component, or Composite. Based on your home theater configuration, you can decide which option is the right one for you.

High-definition video is only available through HDMI and Component connections. To view high- definition content, your TV must support high-definition video. Consult your TV user manual regarding high-definition video support.
