USING OPTIONAL AUDIO/VIDEO OUTPUT JACKS

If your TV has A/V input jacks, you may connect your VCR’s AUDIO/VIDEO OUTPUT jacks to the audio/video input jacks on back of your TV.

Direct audio/video connections usually result in a better picture and sound quality for tape playback. Please see your TV’s owner’s manual for A/V input connections.

USING AUDIO/VIDEO INPUT JACKS

You can use the A/V input jacks on the back of the VCR.

When you connect the external source to the input jacks on the back of the VCR, select "Line-in" posi- tion for recording by pressing the 0 button on the remote control twice or CHANNEL Up/Down but- ton.

Note: "Line-in" is found before the lowest memo-

rized channel. (Example: CH2)
