TELEVISIÓN POR CABLE SIN CAJA DE CONVERTIDOR/DECODIFICADOR

Utilice esta conexión si su sistema de televisión por cable se conecta directamente a su televisor/DVD sin necesidad de caja de convertidor.

TELEVISIÓN POR CABLE CON CAJA DE CONVERTIDOR/DECODIFICADOR O CAJA DE SATÉLITE

Si su proveedor de servicios de televisión por cable le suministra una caja de convertidor o si usted utiliza un sistema de satélite, podrá utilizar la conexión bási- ca mostrada aquí.

INSTALACIÓN DE LAS PILAS

1)Abra la tapa del compartimiento de las pilas del mando a distancia presionándola en el sentido de la flecha.

2)Inserte 2 pilas tamaño "AA" en su compartimiento colocando las polaridades (+/-) en sus posiciones correspondientes.

3)Vuelva a poner la tapa.

CONEXIÓN A TOMAS DE

ENTRADA EXTERNA

Cuando vea un programa grabado en otra fuente (videograbadora o videocámara), utilice las tomas de entrada de audio/vídeo de la parte delantera del tele- visor/DVD.

Conecte las tomas de salida de audio/vídeo de otra fuente a las tomas AUDIO L/R y VIDEO de este tele- visor/DVD. Y luego pulse el botón SELECT hasta que "VIDEO" aparezca en la pantalla.

NOTA:

•Cuando conecte una videograbadora monoaural (otra fuente) a este televisor/DVD, conecte la toma de salida de audio de la videograbadora monoaural (otra fuente) a la toma AUDIO L de este televi- sor/DVD. El audio saldrá igualmente en los canales L y R.

CONEXIÓN A UN SISTEMA ESTÉREO (Para DVD)

NOTAS:

•Asegúrese de desconectar la alimentación a todos los componentes del sistema antes de hacer la conexión a otro componente.

•Consulte el manual del propietario de su sistema estéreo y de cualquier otro componente que vaya a conectar al televisor/DVD.

•Las tomas de entrada de audio (roha y blanca) en el lado trasero sirven para producir no el son televisor ni el son de entrada externa, sino el son DVD.

CONEXIÓN A UN

AMPLIFICADOR EQUIPADO CON TOMAS DE ENTRADA DIGITAL, PLATINA MD O PLATINA DAT (Para DVD)

Utilice un cable digital coaxial (de venta en el comer- cio) para las conexiones de audio.

NOTAS:

•La fuente de audio de un disco del formato de sonido ambiental Dolby Digital de 5,1 canales no puede ser grabada como sonido digital por una platina MD o DAT.

•Asegúrese de desconectar la alimentación de todos los componentes del sistema antes de hacer la conexión a otro componente.

•Consulte los manuales del propietario de los com- ponentes que vaya a conectar al televisor/DVD.

•Ponga DOLBY DIGITAL y DTS en OFF para la salida de audio en el modo de preparación. La reproducción en el televisor/DVD utilizando los ajustes incorrectos puede generar distorsión de ruido, y también puede estropear los altavoces.

•El audio se silenciará cuando DOLBY DIGITAL se ponga en OFF y VIRTUAL 3D se ponga en ON para la salida de audio en el modo de preparación y usted seleccione la fuente de audio del formato de sonido ambiental Dolby Digital de 5,1 canales.
