To block or unblock TV ratings:

1Open the PARENTAL LOCK menu (see “To turn the parental lock on or off:” on page 34).

2Press CH + or CH – to select PARENTAL GUIDE, then press VOL+. The RATING screen opens.

3Press CH + or CH – to select a TV rating, then press VOL+ or VOL– to block or unblock the rating. Some ratings have sub-ratings that you can block as well. A check mark indicates that a rating or sub-rating is blocked.

Main TV ratings include:

•TV-Y—All children

•TV-Y7—7 years old and above

•TV-G—General audience

•TV-PG—Parental guidance suggested

•TV-14—Parental guidance strongly suggested for children under 14

•TV-MA—Mature audiences only
