Press the key when the TV is in standby mode. The TV then switches to the programme viewed before the receiver was turned off to standby.

Now enter the programme number with the numeric keys. The TV is changed over to the selected programme position as soon as the last digit has been entered.

With single-digit programme numbers it is only neces- sary to press the corresponding key, e.g. key 4 for pro- gramme position 4.

After the programme position has been selected an information box appears indicating the programme position number, the time, and the currently valid sound mode, e.g. stereo.

mes. Keeping the

P+ or P- key depressed for more

than 2 seconds will cause a programme box to be dis- played on the screen for selection of the programme position. Release the P+ or P- key as soon as the desired logo is highlighted in white. The corresponding programme position will then be selected.

With this key, you can switch back and forth between the last two programme positions you selected.

Example:

You are watching a programme on ITN; during the commercials, you switch to BBC with the aid of the numeric keys . .

You can now switch back and forth between ITN and BBC by pressing the PRG. key.
