2.2 Connecting External Devices

Connect external devices such as VCRs, STBs, or DVD players to the TV using the AV1, AV2, AV3, AV4, and AV5 ports on the back or side of the TV.

2.2.1Connecting External Earphones

External earphones may be used to listen to the TV rather than using the built-in speakers. Connect external headphones to the earphone line out port as illustrated.

The built-in TV speakers do not output sound when earphones are plugged in.
