NOTE: All Windows 2000/ XP/Vista resolution settings are formatted with a 4:3 aspect ratio except for

1280 x 1024, which is 5:4.

(1024 x 768 is the best choice for viewing DVDs.) Win CE settings are also 4:3 except for 800 x 480, which is 15:9.
