FUNCTION SETTING

Note:

OSD Language

 

“OSD” means

When select a language, the screen show this language.

“On Screen

For example, if you select ENGLISH, the OSD is in English.

SUBTITLE

Selecting Subtitle language.

Please set it as the preferred language. In case the subtitle language is set and recorded in the DISC, it is automatically played in the set language in every playing. For example, English is set and recorded as subtitle language in the DISC, it is played in English.

DivX SUBTITLE

Selecting DivX Subtitle language.

Please set it as the preferred language. In case the DivX subtitle language is set and recorded in the DISC, it is automatically played in the set language in every playing. For example, English is set and recorded as subtitle language in the DISC, it is played in English.

The default is Western European.

Each DivX subtitle option supports related languages as follows.

Unicode (UTF-8): supports English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese. 7 kinds languages for DivX subtitle.

Western European: supports Albanian, Breton, Catalan, Danish, Dutch, English, Faroese, Finnish, French, Gaelic, German, Icelandic, Irish, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish.

Turkish: supports Albanian, Danish, Dutch, English,Finnish, French, Gaelic, German, Italian, Kurdish (Latin), Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish.

Central European: supports Albanian, Croat, Czech, Dutch, English, German, Hungarian, Irish, Polish, Romanian, Slovak, Slovene and Sorbian.
