
HDMI Color Format
There are three different color space stan- dards for digital TV monitors: RGB, YCrCb 4:2:2, and YCrCb 4:4:4. Matching the output of the
•AUTO: The DVD player detect information from the TV Monitor and selects the cor- rect color space automatically. (default)
•RGB: Use when your HDMI connected digital TV monitor supports the RGB color format.
•YCrCb 4:2:2: Use when your HDMI con- nected digital TV monitor supports YCrCb 4:2:2 color.
•YCrCb 4:4:4: Use when your HDMI con- nected digital TV monitor supports YCrCb 4:4:4 color.
Enhancement
The
•OFF: Turns off edge enhancement (de- fault).
•LOW: Turns on edge enhancement, with minimal settings.
•MEDIUM: Turns on edge enhancement, with moderate settings.
•HIGH: Turns on maximum edge enhance- ment.

Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing difficulties, consult the following list for possible solutions:
Power
Power does not come on.
•Check that the power plug is inserted se- curely.
Operation
Region Code Error.
•Make sure the Region Code of the inserted disc matched the code shown on the back of the unit.
Unit will not work or operates er- ratically.
•Microprocessor malfunction due to light- ning or static electricity. Turn off the power and unplug the power cord. Connect the power cord again.
•Moisture condensation caused by a sud- den change of temperature or humidity. Turn off the power, then turn it on a few hours later.
•If only one specific disc will not play, the disc may be defective.
Remote does not work.
•Check the battery installation, install new batteries, aim remote at unit.
Picture
Picture is noisy.
•The player is connected to a VCR directly and the copy guard function is activated. Connect the player directly to the TV.
English
Cannot get correct picture on TV.
•Connect the
•Make sure that the Video Output setting matches the correct resolution of your TV. You cannot display progressive scan video on standard definition TVs.
•Make sure that the PAL/NTSC setting matches your TV.
Picture does not fill screen.
• Set ASPECT RATIO correctly.
HDMI LED flashing continuously and no picture.
•HDMI components must be Ver. 1.1 com- patible.
•HDMI cables must be 5 meters or less in length.
No picture at Component video.
•Most DVD Video discs are Macrovision, HDCP compliant. Set the Output format of High Definition setup change to Progressive (480p/576p) or interlace (480i/576i).
Audio
No sound.
•Check the audio cable connection and input settings on preamplifier.
Garbled sound.
• Clean the disc surface.
