APress the VOLUME button.

ASound muted? Press MUTE button.

ATry another channel. The problem may be with the broadcast.

AAre the audio cables installed properly?

AAdjust Balance in menu option.

AA change in ambient humidity or temperature may result in an unusual noise when the TV is switched on or off and does not indicate a fault with the TV.

ACheck HDMI cable over version 1.3.

ACheck USB cable over version 2.0.

*This feature is not available for all models.

There is a problem with PICTURE settings.

When the user changes the picture settings, the TV automatically converts back to the initial settings after a certain period of

time.

AIt means that the TV is currently set to In Store mode.

To switch to Home mode you should do the followings:

From the TV Menu, choose OPTION -> Factory Reset -> Yes (wait for a few seconds for the TV to download again) -> OSD "WELCOME" appears -> Press O K button -> Choose Language -> Choose Home -> Select your Country and Time Zone -> Press O K button. Program search will begin automatically (You can stop the search by pressing the O K button). Now, you have completed switching to the Home mode.
