To execute picture and sound tests.

1Press Home or MENU to access the main menus.

2Press the Red button to access Customer Support.

3Press the Navigation buttons to scroll Picture Test or Sound Test and press ENTER.

4If you have any problem, press the Navigation buttons to scroll to Yes and press ENTER.

5When you are finished, press EXIT.

When you return to the previous menu, press BACK or RETURN.

Using the product or service information

To check the product or service information

1Press Home or MENU to access the main menus.

2Press the Red button to access Customer Support and press ENTER.

3Press the Navigation buttons to scroll Product/ Service Info..

You can check the various product/Service infomation based on your model.

4When you are finished, press EXIT.

When you return to the previous menu, press BACK or RETURN.
