10.TROUBLESHOOTING
Before calling our Service Centre, please check if you can troubleshoot the problem by yourself.

No signal | Please check that all cables and connectors are | |

No colour shades | Adjust the contrast, the colour and the brightness | |
Double or multiple | May be the result of an electrical wave disturbance | |

The remote control does | Please check the batteries are inserted correctly. | |

No sound | Make sure that you have not press the MUTE button | |

No DVD | Make sure if the TV Set have been switched to | |
DVD mode | ||

DVD player not working | Ensure disc is correctly inserted into the player. | |
Ensure the disc is not damaged and is of correct | ||
properly | format. Please wait as some discs require longer time | |
| to read. |
