Troubleshooting

Before calling a service technician, please check the following table for a possible cause of the problem and some solutions,

Customer important notice: If the TV functions cannot be operated, unplug the AC cord from AC power source, wait at least 1 minute, then re=plug AC cord, This will reset the -iV settings and should restore -iV to normal operation,

Symptoms

Possible Solutions

TV will not turn on

No picture, no sound

No sound, picture OK

,Make sure the power cord is plugged in, then press Power.

batteries

be dead.

Replace

the

batteries.

the

wire

and

power wire

,The channel may be skipped. Choose this channel by directly selecting the buttons from the remote control.

[] There may be an obstruction between the remote control and the remote control sensor.

The batteries may be installed with a wrong polarity.

The remote control batteries may be dead. Replace the batteries.
