VCR Capabilities

•Auto Clock Set3

The Auto Clock Set3 circuitry reads the XDS broadcast signal containing time of day and date information, automatically setting the clock during initial setup as well as after most power interruptions.

•6-Head System

Four video recording and pick-up heads on a single head drum provide improved special effect performance. With the new SFX design, you can visually pause on the tape at any speed, and slow-motion effects are clearer and more jitter-free. Two additional AFM audio heads allow Stereo Hi-Fi Recording and playback. The combination of six heads allows full theatre video and audio, and allows full stereo performance copying from all high-level consumer and professional camcorders. Using a T-160 tape, up to eight hours of stereophonic audio can be recorded for extended playback, or six hours with any standard T-120 VHS tape.

•5-Event/1-Month Timer The built-in timer memory can be preset up to one month in advance to record as many as five different programs automatically.
