RCA TruFlat TV/VCR Combination Limited Warranty

What your warranty covers:

Defects in material or workmanship.

For how long after your purchase:

One year fr om date of pur chase for labor char ges.

One year fr om date of pur chase for par ts.

Two years fr om date of pur chase for pictur e tube.

The warranty period for rental units begins with the first rental or 45 days from date of shipment to the rental firm, whichever comes first.

What we will do:

Pay any Authorized RCA Television Service Center the labor charges to repair your TV/VCR.

Pay any Authorized RCA Television Service Center for the new or, at our option, refurbished replacement parts and picture tubes required to repair your TV/VCR.

How you get service:

 

 

 

 

 

For 20" scr een size: Take your RCA TV/VCR to any Authorized RCA T elevision Ser vice Center and pickup when r epairs

 

are complete.

 

 

 

 

 

For screen sizes lar ger than 20": Request home or pick up, r

epair and r etur n service fr om any Authorized RCA

 

Television Ser vice Center , provided that your TV/VCR is located within the geographic ter

ritor y covered by an

 

Authorized RCA T elevision Ser vice Center . If not, you must take your TV/VCR to the Ser

vice Center location at your

 

own expense, or pay for the cost the Ser vice Center may char

ge to transpor t your unit to and fr

om your home.

Installation and r elated adjustments.

Signal r eception pr oblems not caused by your TV/VCR.

Damage fr om misuse or neglect.

Cleaning of audio/video heads.

Batteries.

Customer r eplacement fuses.

Images bur ned onto the scr een.

A TV/VCR that has been modified or incorporated into other pr

oducts or is used for institutional or other commer

cial

 

purposes.

 

 

Acts of natur e, such as but not limited to lightning damage.

 

 

A TV/VCR purchased or ser viced outside the U.S.A.
