No power is applied to the Player.

Is the power cord disconnected?

 

– Connect it.

 

 

Remote control does not function.

Are the batteries discharged?

 

– Replace with new ones.

 

 

Disc tray does not come out when OPEN/

Is the power cord disconnected?

CLOSE button is pressed.

Sound is distorted or noise is generated.

Is the disc dirty?

Image is garbled.

– Wipe off the disc surface with a soft cloth.
