The buttons on the remote aren’t working.
•The Red and Yellow hot key buttons below the V button do not work with this model.
•Ensure you are only pressing one button at a time.
•Point the remote directly at the TV when pressing a button.
•Replace the remote batteries with new ones. See Replacing the Batteries on page 11.
The image quality is not good.

•Ensure all cables are securely attached.
The display image does not cover the entire screen.
•Set the TV image mode so that the picture fills the screen. Press the WIDE button on the remote until the screen is filled, and then press OK.
