How to Obtain Warranty Services

If, after following all of the operating instructions in this manual and checking the section "Before Calling Service Personnel", you find that service is needed:

(1)For instructions on how to obtain warranty service for exchange program DVD Players, contact TACP'S toll free Call Center at 1-866-583-7353.

(2)Include your bill of sale or other proof of purchase along with the DVD player, when sending it to the Authorized TACP Service Station SPECIFIED by TACPs Call Center. You must pay for all transportation and insurance charges for the DVD Product to and from the Service Station.
