You can play a disc with one of three acoustic atmospheres: KARAOKE, MUSIC or THEATER.

You can control Sony TVs with the gmark using the supplied remote.

While playing a disc, press SURROUND repeatedly until the desired effect appears in the front panel display.

To cancel the sound effect

Press SURROUND repeatedly until “KARAOKE”, “MUSIC” and “THEATER” disappear from the front panel display.

If you press MPX (see page 24), the surround sound mode is automatically set to KARAOKE.
