Press the TV button followed by the MENU button on the Remote Control, the main menu will appear.

Press the Up or Down button to select an item. For example, highlight SET PICTURE and press the Enter button. The PICTURE menu will appear. Use the Up or the Down button to highlight Contrast and press the ENTER button, then press the Left or Right button to adjust the setting.
