You do not need to adjust the volume, as it has no effect on the recording.

Direct recording

The direct recording mode enables you to start recording with any track on the compact disc.

Switch the system

1 on by pressing

STANDBY/ON.

Insert a blank

2 cassette in Deck 2.

Press the PUSH/EJECT button ( Manual background ) to open the cassette door,

insert a cassette, and then close the cassette door.

Insert the cassette with the safety tabs.

3 Load a compact disc.

Press the OPEN/CLOSE button ( Manual background ) to open the CD door.

Insert a CD and press the OPEN/CLOSE button ( Manual background ) to close the CD door.

Switch the system

1 on by pressing

STANDBY/ON.

Insert a blank

2 cassette in Deck 2.

Select the

3 TUNER function

by pressing

TUNER/BAND.

4 Press the DVD/CD

( Manual backgroundManual backgroundManual background ) button.

Use the CD selection ( Manual backgroundManual background , Manual backgroundManual background ) buttons to select the desired song.

Press

5 REC/ PAUSE button.

Recording will begin.

To stop recording, press Manual background button.

Note

The cassette tape you want to record on must have the safety tabs intact.

Select the radio

4 station that you wish to record by pressing Manual backgroundManual background/DOWN or UP/Manual backgroundManual background button .

Press

5 button.REC/PAUSE

REC is displayed in red and recording starts.

6 To stop recording, press Manual background button.
