Side Panel Buttons : HLM437W/HLM507W/HLM617W

The buttons on the side panel control your TV’s basic features, including the on-screen menu system. To use the more advanced features, you must use the remote control.

ŒTV/VIDEO

Press to switch between viewing TV programs and signals from con- nected components.

´MENU

Press to see the on-screen menu.

ˇ CHANNEL

Press to change channels and move between items on the on-screen menu.

¨VOLUME +, –

Press to lower or raise the volume and to select items when using the on-screen menu.

ˆPOWER

Press to turn the TV on and off.

Side Panel Jacks : HLM437W/HLM507W/HLM617W

Use the side panel jacks to connect a component that is used only occasionally (a camcorder or video game, for example).

ŒVIDEO Input jack

Connect the video signal from a camcorder or video game.

´AUDIO Input jacks

Connect the audio signal from a camcorder or video game.

ˇ S-VIDEO Input jack

Connect an S-video signal from a camcorder or video game. (S-Video 3 jack and Audio L/R input 3 are used in conjunction.)
