Convenient Buttons

You can use the remote control up to a distance of about 23 feet from the TV. When using the remote, always point it directly at the TV.

+100

Press to select channels over 100. For example, to select channel 121, press “+100”, then press “2” and “1”. (See Page 19)

Sleep Timer

Press to select a time for the TV to turn off automatically.

PIP

See the PIP screen section of this manual. (See Page 29)

CAPTION (See Page 42) Press to set caption on/off.

S.MODE

Adjust the TV sound by selecting one of the preset factory settings (or select your personal, customized sound settings). (See Page 24)

MTS

(Multi channel Television Stereo)

Press to choose stereo, mono or Separate Audio Program

(SAP broadcast). (See Page 35)

PIP controls (See Page 29)

LOCATE

Press to move the PIP window to any of the four corners of the TV screen.

SIZE

Press to make the PIP window double, large or small.

TV/VIDEO

Press to select one of the available signal sources for the PIP window.

SWAP

Exchanges the video signal that is currently displayed on the main screen with the signal in the PIP window.

CH

Displays the available channels in sequence.

(These buttons change channels in the PIP window only.)

PRE-CH

Tunes to the previous channel. (See Page 15)

Info Display

Use to see information on the current broadcast. (See Page 16)

EXIT

Press to exit the menu.

AUTO PROG.

Use to store the broadcast/cable channels that you receive.

ADD/DEL

Use to store and delete channels to/from memory. (See Page 20)

RESET

When your remote does not work, change the batteries and press the RESET button for 2-3 seconds before use.
